Infos on Prices and Conditions

General conditions:

• Prices are quoted in Euro per person and day and for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• In the rooms and in the common areas smoking is not allowed.
• On request we can accept small pets, but they cannot stay in the common areas. As additional cleaning costs we calculate 10,00 € per day and pet.

Half-board includes:

• Accommodation with buffet breakfast
• Dinner with choice of 3 first dishes and 2 second dishes, antipasti, vegetables and salad buffet, in Hotel Portavescovo which is 450 m from Garni Bellavista

Bed & breakfast includes:

• Accommodation with buffet breakfast

Prices include:

• parking place
• WI-FI connection
• sauna access
• wellness area access with swimming-pool, sauna, steam-bath and gym in Hotel Portavescovo at 450 m from Garni Bellavista
• Christmas and New Year Eve Dinner in the respective period
• heated ski deposit in Hotel Portavescovo
• 10% VAT

Extra charges:

• To the indicated prices is added the local tourist tax of 2,00 € per person and day for guests from 13 years. The tourist tax must be paid at the departure and is specified on the bill
• heated garage place at Hotel Portavescovo: 12,00 € per day and car

Reductions:

• The following reductions are given in parents room

Children:

• 0 - 1 years: -100%
• 2 - 7 years: -40%

Extra beds:

• 3rd, 4th, 5th additional bed from 8 years: -30%

Check-in and check-out:

• The rooms are reserved from 4:00 pm on check-in day until 10:00 am on check-out day

Reservation and deposit:

• The reservation is valid after receipt and written confirmation of the agreed deposit
• The deposit must be made within 7 days from our confirmation of the reservation by

Payment method:

• The accomodation bill can be paid with cash or credit card

Cancellation policy:

Unexpected events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parts. The Consumer Code grants no rights in case of cancellation.

Nevertheless we grant the following cancellation policy:

• In case of reservation a 30% deposit is required. In case of cancellation the deposit is returned only if the cancelled rooms are rented again at the same conditions.

We suggest stipulating a travel insurance with your insurance company.
